In October 2024, the Altra EMA team touched down in the heart of the Dolomites, Italy, to bring the Lone Peak 9 to life in true trail-running style.
Against the dramatic backdrop of towering limestone peaks and crisp autumn air, we captured the essence of Altra’s most iconic trail shoe. The Lone Peak 9 is built to go further, and this shoot was no different — pushing boundaries, chasing light, and covering serious elevation.
A big crew came together from across the globe — with teammates and creatives flying in from the USA, UK, and France. The energy was international, the collaboration seamless, and the shared passion for the trail was undeniable.
Massive thanks to everyone who poured their heart, legs, and creative spirit into this project. The Dolomites gave us their best, and we showed up with ours.

This shoot captured the essence of Torin’s "uncommon comfort" story through crisp visuals, natural light, and a balance of motion and lifestyle moments. With a focus on relatable urban movement and product-first storytelling, the content helped position the Torin 8 as a go-to for runners and everyday athletes alike.
